285 is still happy without any dejection

Put down a notice - 286 no repetition

Not in oral but should be in writing

Send before 7 days to avoid fighting

Attach agenda, save time no wasting

Don't send if venue is what articles are providing'

Or Board fixes it, and now am continuing

BM can be held at Anytime Anyplace Anyday

Except adjourned BM for want of quorum okay...

Articles can override time place and day
